The festival operator and data controller for this site is:

RCF Arena Summer is a programming brand operated by C.VOLO SPA. The arena itself is owned and operated by the same group; the audio system, the festival production and the ticket sales are handled by partner companies disclosed in the canonical policy below.

What we collect, and when

Three buckets:

• Site analyticsPage views, device, language, referrer — used to improve the site, never sold.
• NewsletterEmail address only. Unsubscribe with one click; we drop the record on unsubscribe.
• Ticket purchaseHandled by Ticketmaster Italia or Vivaticket — we never see your card. We may receive name and contact for accessibility, hospitality or press requests you make to us directly.

We do not collect special-category data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.) on this site. Accessibility requests sent to concerti@maniamicheonlus.org are handled under that organization's own privacy policy.
